GUO Foundation is a Ghanaian non-profit organization established in 2023 with a mission to empower women, youth, and marginalized communities through sustainable development initiatives. Founded by Matthew Tuopare, a visionary leader and CEO of Guo Security Services Ltd, the Foundation was born out of a deep desire to uplift the lives of the underserved, particularly in Northern Ghana. We are committed to tackling poverty, unemployment, and inequality by creating opportunities that promote self-reliance, dignity, and community growth.

Our primary focus areas include agriculture, education, and empowerment—sectors that hold the key to sustainable transformation. Through innovative projects such as the Irrigation Empowerment for Women and Youth in Jirapa District, GUO Foundation introduces solar-powered irrigation systems that enable year-round farming, improve food security, and generate income for local farmers. By equipping women and youth with training, tools, and resources, we transform potential into productivity and hope into tangible progress.
